About me
Alecia Greenlee, MD, MPH, is a reproductive psychiatrist, speaker, and founder of Bloom & Build Integrative Psychiatry in Campbell, California. Board-certified in adult and consultation-liaison psychiatry, she trained at UCSF, Harvard's Cambridge Health Alliance, and the University of Chicago, where she completed fellowships in consultation-liaison psychiatry and medical ethics. Dr. Greenlee specializes in the intersection of mental health, hormonal change, and women's lives: from PMDD and the reproductive years through perimenopause and menopause. Her work explores how hormonal transitions can reshape mood, cognition, identity, relationships, and a woman's understanding of herself, particularly when ADHD or other long-overlooked concerns are recognized in midlife. She is especially interested in moving menopause care beyond symptom management toward psychological growth, self-reclamation, and well-being. She is also an educational contributor to Menovation, a fitness and health platform for women in perimenopause and menopause, and sees patients in Campbell and throughout California by telehealth.
