About me
Beth Lisick is an author, actor, and events producer who lives in New York's Hudson Valley. Originally from the Bay Area, Beth is the co-founder of the Porchlight Storytelling Series, now in its 24th year. The popular storytelling series, known for its adventurous booking style, has featured over a thousand different storytellers. As an author, Beth has written six books, including the New York Times bestselling comic memoir Everybody Into The Pool, the national bestseller Helping Me Help Myself, and the novel Edie On The Green Screen, which has been optioned for film by Cactus Flower Films. She is currently writing a book about her work as a dementia caregiver and co-hosting the sporadic variety show Our Reservoir Hour in a carpeted restaurant.
