About me
May-Li Khoe (they/she) is a queer interdisciplinary artist, designer, and writer, born in the Netherlands to Chinese-Indonesian immigrant parents and raised in Vancouver, Canada. In the past, she invented new ways for people and computers to interact, many of which you probably use today. She’s currently earning an MFA at San Francisco State University. Her work has been published in The Ana, Umber Magazine, 14 Hills, SF Unscene, the first HTML Review; and been recommended once by The New Yorker Recommends weekly newsletter. When she’s not writing or drawing, you’ll find her spinning in a splits up a pole, performing live music, or designing something mischievous.
