Rachel Neumann is the CEO and founder of Wave Literary and one of the world’s leading publishing veterans. She is a fierce advocate with over two decades experience developing, editing, representing, and publishing over a hundred books, including dozens of international and New York Times bestsellers. Prior to founding Wave Literary, Rachel was the CEO of the literary agency Idea Architects, the Editorial Director at Shambhala Publications, and the Publisher of Parallax Press. For over two decades, Rachel has had the honor to work with some of the leading culture-shifters of our time, including Zen Masters, political leaders, fiction writers and poets, Academy Award-winning filmmakers, Nobel-Prize winning scientists, and many others. She holds an MFA in fiction from New School University and serves as the board co-chair of the artists residency Mesa Refuge.. She is also an award-winning author in her own right, whose work includes the memoir Not Quite Nirvana and writing for the New York Times, The Nation, and many others.
