About me
Ricardo Tavarez is a Bay Area poet, educator, digital creator, and documentarian who teaches high school in Hayward and was a long-time host of the Pan Dulce Poets reading series in the Mission District at La Reyna Bakery. Member of La Brigada, an arts collective that organizes the San Francisco International Flor y Canto Literary Festival. Ricardo’s poetry and writing reflect on cultural dynamics, music, and memory.
